Terms & Conditions

• The 247 Dentist is a fully private dental service and NHS exemptions are not applicable.
• Any monies paid for booking an appointment are solely for securing the appointment. All investigations, x-rays & treatment will incur addition costs over and above the appointment fee. Please see the247dentist.com website for further information on fees.
• All monies paid for booking an appointment are non-refundable.
• Should you be over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will be unable to see you and you will lose the monies paid towards securing the appointment. A further appointment will need to be made, incurring an additional appointment fee.
• The 247 Dentist is a high-quality service and prides itself on providing active treatment for our patients. Should no active treatment be provided (for example, if the provision of antibiotics is the sole treatment provided) please note that an assessment & advice fee will apply.
• The 247 Dentist is an emergency dental service and we do not provide full examinations; a routine dentist should be seen on a regular basis to ensure maintenance of your oral health.
