Same-day private emergency dental appointment.

Having not been to the dentist for a long time and having a hole in one of my molars causing me so much discomfort I booked an appointment today, and was seen the same day. The ladies (sorry I didn’t catch their names) were absolutely incredible from start to finish. I unfortunately had a complex extraction due to my tooth which meant I felt a lot of pain on extraction but the ladies were amazing, reassuring and did everything at my pace, making a horrible situation much easier. I’m honestly so so thankful for their attentiveness and care. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The best experience with a dentist ever! Had throbbing toothache from cracked tooth. Uzma and Deb were simply amazing, very kind and sympathetic to my pain. Not only were they both lovely but both did their jobs in my opinion without fault. Uzma was so gentle and has totally changed my opinion on Dentists. Thank you ladies, you were simply amazing!

Dentists Richie and Ash were so lovely and welcoming. Ash put me at ease as soon as I was greated by her. Richie was very understanding with my predicament of my large broken tooth and knowing I was going on holiday to the magical place Disney world and wanted to be able to still smile and not be worried about my having my photos taken. Richie gave me a full breakdown of the tooth problem, and solutions with a good understanding of how to mend my tooth to feel happy and smiley again. The procedure was not painful, I think being able to watch "Bake Off"on the ceiling TV helped alot with that (lol). I can definitely say that the 247dentist Poole, is a lovely and welcoming practice to be seen at, and I was very very happy with the final outcome. I have been a suffering from TN, and been extremely nervous of a dentist after previous didn’t believe I could feel during local anaesthetic. Leo and Jo were absolutely amazing with me. Talked everything through with me. Explained everything step by step too and made sure I couldn’t feel anything before the tooth extraction.

Saw Dr Raunaq Shah and Emma in Worcester. They gave the absolute best service. Told me exactly what was happening. I was in horrific pain and very nervous due to previous dentists. I didn’t feel a thing if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommended for an out of house service.

Had to go to the surgery as an emergency last night. Rob was my dentist and Taya was my nurse. They were the most loveliest people. Rob kept me calm through out the whole extraction and done a fantastic job. I actually cuddled them both after. Even had a laugh throughout the process. Went in for an emergency appointment after having pain in my gum and possibly needing a filling. I was seen by Rebecca and Rachel and they were honestly the nicest dentists I’ve ever been too! She’s referred me to get help with my wisdom teeth, gave me a filling where needed and sorted me out with a prescription for the pain in my gum. Would 100% see them again and would recommend them to anyone needing dental help! Thank you so much!

I found the 247 dentist online after school phones and told me my son had broken his tooth and needed to be seen as an emergency (my dentist was unavailable). The initial phone call to book an appointment was so smooth and I was informed clearly of the process and costs as I have not used them before. Tonight the dentist Rob was attended my son and honestly what a man! Rob was so caring, kind, respectful and talked to both myself and son with compassion and ease. He made us feel so comfortable, took an interest in not just the dents issue but us as a family and informed us of all the options. He gave professional advice allowing us questions and time to think about next steps with no pressure but lots of reassurance. I need to add too that his assistant (whose name i forget sorry!) was also very sweet and kind being helpful where needed and caring in her approach too. It really was such a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Rob along with the 247 dentist to anyone who needs dental treatment. Thank you Rob for being so amazing and for your help this evening.

Perfect service, rang for appointment one evening and got seen within an hour. Sarah Waddington and Alisha could not have been more friendly, helpful, reassuring, and experts in dealing with my painful tooth extraction. I never thought (despite a tiny bit of pain) that visiting a dentist could be a nice experience - they are both a credit to their profession. Thank you so much 🙏

I had my 2nd wisdom teeth extracted tonight after having one last Friday and honestly Rob & Taya were brilliant . They made me feel at ease and reassured me the whole time. Rob explained the procedure to me which reassured me, he made effort to listen to my history of issues and the extraction was literally done in seconds.honestly it’s the best dentist experience I have ever had in my 35 years of life. They’re both an asset and anyone will be lucky to be helped by them both. Thank you so much and I also really enjoyed the chit chat. Real personable experience. Thanks both 💚

Absolutely wonderful service! I got an appointment the same day and was able to go on holiday the next day. Dr. Zak and nurse Sadie took care of me the moment I walked in. I was very nervous about the appointment, but Dr. Zak explained everything to me, and Sadie was very caring and made sure I felt comfortable. I highly recommend!

Sarah, the call handler was just amazing. So kind and caring. If I could, I’d send her flowers. She made a very worrying situation (with my toddler) so much calmer. Thank you to lovely Sarah!

Had problems with a wisdom tooth at the weekend so decided to use The247Dentist emergency service. They gave me an appointment the same day. The dentist was extremely competent and sorted out my problem. I had an x-ray and treatment and was given excellent advice and medication. A lovely team - I would always use this service in the future.

I was in extreme tooth pain and was able to book a same day appointment in less than an hour. On getting there, Sarah and Amy were amazing! Super helpful and understanding, I left feeling better and well informed. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend.

Had same day emergency appointment. From 1st phone call to extraction all staff kind, sympathetic. Procedure and all costs fully explained, not as expensive as I thought it might be. Difficult extraction, not entirely painless due to root infection but Briony was amazing. Thank you for a now painless day. This was Poole branch.

Called up after cracking a tooth and suffering excruciating pain, had an appointed book with Kiran for 20 minutes later, had an xray as I arrived and issue was fixed within 40 minutes 10/10 would highly recommend.

I can not thank Sarah and Ash enough, from the first call to book the emergency treatment. I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel relaxed throughout the whole procedure. Sarah went through the issues and best way to resolve it. Sarah was gentle and extracted the tooth swiftly and treated the infection. Can not thank Sarah and Ash enough. Fantastic service so glad there's is this service. i had the wonderful Sarah Waddington & Alisha who were so professional but so down to earth so sympathetic understanding the pain!!!! Explained everything no hide cost gave options on treatment would totally recommend them x
