During these appointments you can speak privately with a dentist over video call, they will then be able to provide you with the information and advice you need to manage your dental emergency, determine whether you need treatment, and even prescribe antibiotics to collect from your nearest pharmacy if necessary.

Once your appointment has been confirmed you will be sent a secure link to complete a mandatory medical history form (this will help your dentist understand your individual requirements and provide the best support possible). Once complete you will receive the link to the digital waiting room and the confirmed date/time of your appointment, when it’s time for your video dentist appointment you will be entered from the waiting room to the call at the appropriate time.
