Made an appointment over the phone. Very easy and the call taker was very helpful and polite. My appointment was with Karim and Amy. Karim explained what he could do as my tooth has broken He filed down the sharp bits and put a temporary filling to cover the root. Amy is delightful and they are both professional but friendly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you both.

I had an excellent experience with Uzma and Deb for my tooth extraction. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely at ease. As someone who is absolutely afraid of dentist, this has to be one of the best experiences I have had. They were so supportive, and understanding. They patient centred care was outstanding, they allowed for question, and I understood everything and my options with the pros and cons of each. The nurse Samara was very comforting. The dentist Krisanth explained every step, he didnt rush and answered all the questions. As a health care profession myself, this was a true example of how its mean to be. Thank you to them both.

My appointment with Rob from start to finish was calm and informative my options were made clear. Expensive, had to have urgent extraction last year, 2025. Totally painful, local anaesthetic didn't work.. Even though I'd taken 5mg Diazapan I yelled. Had to climb out of chair to spit blood into sink several times. Still have nightmares about it. Was the worst experience ever. I have dental phobia anyway, and this experience has set me back 40 years. Awful. Frightening. Unexpected.

Absolutely fantastic. Crisis averted within an hour! 😂 Alexandra and Amy the nurse were lovely and I can’t recommend them enough. It was 10:30PM on a Sunday night as well may I add! In the chair, numbed, x-rayed and tooth extracted within 25 minutes! I was in excruciating pain at 9PM and pain free by 10 to 11! Thank you very, very much!! Would recommend to anyone!

I recently visited 247 Dentist for a root extraction, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff, Karim and Amy were welcoming, professional, and reassuring. They understood that dental procedures can be stressful and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The dentist explained the entire root extraction process clearly before starting, which really helped ease my nerves. The procedure itself was much smoother and quicker than I expected, and they were very gentle and attentive throughout. I felt minimal discomfort, and their aftercare instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Highly recommend the practice and a a huge thank you to Karim and Amy!!

I’d like to thank Rebecca and Rachel for the help and advice I received today. After suffering with toothache yesterday I was given a few options and it was up to me to decide what I wanted to do, there was absolutely no pressure at all. I nervously decided to have an extraction and asked how painful it would be. I was put at ease and was extremely relieved that my tooth was just whipped out with no problems. I was given aftercare advice and told what to expect over the next couple of days. I’d highly recommend 247 and would not hesitate to use them again.

My wife went in for an emergency extraction last night in Southampton. The lady on the phone was really helpful and friendly. The dentist and her assistant were fantastic in helping my wife who was extremely nervous. She talked through with her step by step and helped her. I’ve only not given 5 stars because I think we were mis charged. The extraction was changed to a surgical extraction as there was a risk the tooth would break off and if it did then the dentist would need to cut into the gum and stitch the gum after so we paid £300 instead. However the extraction ended up being a simple extraction of loosen the tooth and pull and was done in 5 minutes.

I am a VERY nervous patient and haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years due to fear. However I was treated for an abscess (emergency appointment) by Ellen and she made the experience better than I could have ever expected. She was calming and friendly and talked through/asked for permission for every movement to help me feel more at ease. She spoke through all my options and was so patient; I feel like I could now face going to a routine dentist appointment. Ellen is a star and I feel like there would be less fear around dental care if all dentists were like her.

Wadie and Lauren were amazing here tonight for my emergency appointment, they made me feel so calm and reassured and most importantly pain free and quickly resolved. I have anxiety too so its really hard to not be terrified with things like this. I had a bad experience earlier at my normal dentist so was even more anxious and in a lot of pain on arrival here but they did an xray quickly showed me the issue and talked through the options and I had a tooth extraction as it was infected and damaged previously and causing a lot of pain, they numbed the area thoroughly and made sure I was reassured and comfortable and pain free before proceeding but it was still very quickly done and resolved. Definitely recommend here.

I have been in excruciating pain for a couple of years that comes and goes due to a wisdom tooth in the hopes it would grow out properly eventually, this weekend I couldn't even sleep because the pain was too immense. I phoned up Sunday morning and got a same day appointment, I told them to get this thing out of my mouth and they happily obliged. I fainted when the local went in due to not being able to eat and having a needle rammed in my jaw but the staff were really accommodating and made sure I was perfectly okay, the tooth extraction was a lot harder than they anticipated but they persevered and eventually got the tooth and roots out! After the pain and torment this thing has caused me for years all I can say is a massive thank you to the staff, you guys were amazing.
