Don't get confused by the name. It's not 24 hour- 7 days a week. Don't expect any joy at 2am. They take appointment bookings from 0800 for evening treatment. The dentist and assistant were great. The anesthetic jabs were virtually painless and the teeth came out in minutes with no pain at all until the anesthetic started to wear off on the way home. A couple of paracetamol and ibuprofen sorted me out, though.

Had problems with a wisdom tooth at the weekend so decided to use The247Dentist emergency service. They gave me an appointment the same day. The dentist was extremely competent and sorted out my problem. I had an x-ray and treatment and was given excellent advice and medication. A lovely team - I would always use this service in the future.

I was in extreme tooth pain and was able to book a same day appointment in less than an hour. On getting there, Sarah and Amy were amazing! Super helpful and understanding, I left feeling better and well informed. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend.

Exceptional service from Uzma and Agi on a Sunday evening. Uzma reattached a broken front tooth within 2 hours of an accident and it looks perfect, our regular dentist has reviewed it at 2 weeks and said she did a fantastic job. We are so pleased we found this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had same day emergency appointment. From 1st phone call to extraction all staff kind, sympathetic. Procedure and all costs fully explained, not as expensive as I thought it might be. Difficult extraction, not entirely painless due to root infection but Briony was amazing. Thank you for a now painless day. This was Poole branch.

Called up after cracking a tooth and suffering excruciating pain, had an appointed book with Kiran for 20 minutes later, had an xray as I arrived and issue was fixed within 40 minutes 10/10 would highly recommend.

I can not thank Sarah and Ash enough, from the first call to book the emergency treatment. I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel relaxed throughout the whole procedure. Sarah went through the issues and best way to resolve it. Sarah was gentle and extracted the tooth swiftly and treated the infection. Can not thank Sarah and Ash enough. Highly recommended Excellent customer care and service. Thank you both.

I had to get an emergency appt for my brother, called a few different places and nothing, called the247dentist and they got him in the same day and were extremely helpful with the issue he was having. Sarah Waddington and Alisha at the Colchester branch were extremely kind and lovely people. I would highly recommend.

I was in extreme pain from my wisdom tooth, so on Saturday afternoon around 5pm I called 247dentist. They were able to book me in for an appointment at 6:30pm the same day. When I arrived, I had a quick check-up and scan, and within 30 minutes my tooth was removed. The whole process was very smooth and efficient.I was lucky to be looked after by Agi and Uzma, two lovely and friendly ladies who made me feel completely comfortable. The doctor was extremely gentle—I could barely feel a thing during the procedure.I’ve already recommended 247dentist to my family and friends. Just two days after the extraction, I feel so much better and the pain is almost gone. Thank you so much, ladies!

Both the dentist Christina and the nurse Sadie, were amazing. They did not rush me when I was taking ages to decide what treatment I wanted and they made me feel and ease, and better still no pain now. Great service from both.

Had the pleasure of meeting Briony and Deb today who brought me in straight away and made me feel at ease and helped me with an abscess in my tooth by draining it and dressing the damage tooth. Bit sore as always with recovery around the mouth antibiotics prescribed and ibuprofen supplied so should be on the mend but definitely helped and was needed thank you very much I appreciate the help.

Would highly recommend this service. My husband had severe toothache over August Bank holiday. We contacted the 247dentist and were given an appointment within 2 hours. The tooth was extracted after an x ray and the service he received was first class. Zoe the receptionist was so friendly and caring and the dentist, Bilaal Mirza was brilliant and explained everything at each step of the procedure. Following the appointment I contacted Deki by phone and she was so helpful and friendly. This really is a caring and professional dental service and is very good value for the fee, which was very reasonably priced. From beginning to end, an excellent service.

Absolutely amazing service from Zak (dentist) and Sadie (nurse). Got a same day appointment. Zak immediately put me at ease, explained everything and dealt with my problem in a swift professional and kind fashion with no pain. Sadie was very kind and gave me the reassurance I needed too. Normally I hate going to any dentist, this has completely changed my perspective on dentists. Recommend to anyone. Price was cheaper than my normal dental practice too.

Couldn’t recommended enough! I had excruciating pain today in my tooth which turned out to be an abscess inside my tooth which was touching my nerve causing unbearable pain. With a holiday booked in just two days, the dentist was able to see me within hours and perform emergency root canal which was a painless and well performed procedure! I’m now feeling much better and taking antibiotics too. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and helped me immediately. Thank you so much, I couldn’t thank you all anymore!!

My wisdom tooth was pressing against the neighbouring tooth and Dentist Shivani and the nurse sorted me out, put me at ease from the very start. Very quick and smooth procedure! Thanks again
